    Only 2 surprise on this: they refer to “servers” as “waiters and waitresses” .. which is like calling “flight attendants” “stewardesses.” And why don’t they note the new rules on automatic gratuities? http://hotellaw.jmbm.com/2013/11/tipping_rules_for_2014.html
